[Request] Books on vegan diet for children

Hi all - nice so see this community take shape.

Me and my girlfriend will have our first child later this year. We’ve both been vegan for 7+ years and would like to introduce and encourage this to our child.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for books, blogs, YouTube channels etc. with regard to:

healthy vegan food for children, and,
children’s books on being vegan?
etc.

From the r/veganparenting I saved some resources. There were these recommendations:

Eating well: vegan infants and under-5s
plant-based baby and toddler (there are more resources on their website and instagram)
for the pregnancy: Your Complete Vegan Pregnancy

Disclaimer: I have no children on my own yet. These are merely resources I collected for when it’s time.
