Same. Also notes that I see "2 more replies" below Jonathan12345's comment. Clicking it results in loading infinitely. The link "2 more replies" disappears after I make this comment replying to Jonathan12345.
I wondered if sometimes it shows a number of replies even if you could never see them because someone is blocked, etc? So then they don't open? Like, could it sometimes be comments from someone on a blocked instance? I remember blocking someone once but then unblocked them when I realised it would also hide the other comments in the chain, which I was interested in viewing.

Yep, it's buggy. Worst part is when I click and it keeps spinning, then duplicates the thread for some reason.

Yeah, jerboa fully crashes for me when I open comment chains. The mobile site just doesn't open them for me right now.
