Why is there a network error (0) when clicking to download appearance theme?

I've experienced this before as well. I haven't tracked it down, either. One thing I think makes a difference is slowing down actions, as in, scroll slower, wait a few seconds before clicking any buttons, etc.

One of these days I'll look deeper.
