They're returning next month on Crew-9, which I think has been the plan since September.

There was a slight delay from the original plan because the Dragon for the replacement crew wasn’t ready on time.

So, the blame is on the company that manufacturers and operates the Dragons. Maybe Musk should call them out...

We should not be calling anyone that word, it's an ableist slur.
Andreas is not American, he's a Danish ESA astronaut who has been working as a liaison between ESA and NASA for the last decade.
