Because one stall is for handicap access and the other isn’t.

Nope. Both are normal stalls.

I doubt that. Normal stalls don’t have safety handles. The one in the left clearly has safety handles. It’s a handicap stall.

I guess I posted this to the right community then.

And some are clear, and some just disappeared..
