As much as MSPs and service contractors love billable hours, they love over-provisioning their employees more.

Every ~~IT vendor developer~~ awful AV installer at the end of the project

Devs do this for internal projects too. It's maddening.

I leave documentation. Never helps. I still get baby's first IT questions.

I feel personally attacked and also the desire to attack others.
