Looking for New Moderators

Hello All!

Thank you for using the Ottawa sublemmy. There has been a significant growth in users recently and I would like to recruit some new moderators for the community.

I would also like to have a francophone be a member of the mod team.

Please reply if you're interested, will then reach out over DMs.

Edit:

What the role will be:

Minimal commitment
Be present on the forum
Remove content that doesn't abide be rules set for the sublemmy

So far, the community is running well without much intervention, I suspect more eyes will be needed as new people come in.

Also, having a francophone would allow the same policy be upheld for both official languages.

Same reply to the same question: I edited the post to list what I'm looking for.

I think the bare minimum would be going through the forum on a regular basis and primarily remove content not related to Ottawa.

I've made my account and the sublemmy almost at the beginning of lemmy.ca and have a tendency of going awol from internet forums for months. So would like to have mods who plan to be here regularly.
