I'm thinking to sell my domain Lemmy.org just very recently launched an instance but purchased the domain about a year or so ago for about $20k and willing to sell for about the same price if anyone interested. very similar domain as join-lemmy.org and that where I saw the value :)

I cannot recommend strongly enough that a well-respected escrow service be used, so nobody gets fucked.

Depends on where you look. For example: https://www.atom.com/domain-appraisal/lemmy.org Also they don't consider the potential use case which in this case could be main Lemmy server since its highly related to join-lemmy.org

just launched the site really. had it on and off and changes servers a few times and haven't done much with it and that is why i though someone else might have a better idea :)
