Proton Hotfix updated to fix The Finals and Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced (offline) on Steam Deck / Linux

i just want to play the GTA Online gameloop again 😭 even if it'd be "offline" by myself. its so frustrating that my only option seems to be story mode (I have never cared about story mode at all I just want to grind car missions to slowly buy cool cars)
