All of the male family members are Freemasons, so, it is "the family tradition." Also, met a lot of great individuals who are friends for life.

Great article! I guess I initially joined based on a few friends who said I should join. I always had a propensity to the mysteries and quickly became very invested into the fraternity.

Curiosity at first. Then finding out I have various family members who were or are Masons. Upon petitioning I found out I liked the brotherhood aspect.
