Well.. yeah. Still the system in the UK. Proportional representation was suggested a few years ago, and the turkeys voting for Christmas voted it down. Good luck.

I, perhaps, naively, think Canada is different.

We are a progressive country, and are unusual in that we have FPTP, but rank as being one of the healthiest democracies.
