We are on Iams right now, with anti fungal/antiseptic shampoo and mousse from the vet. She was looking fabulous for a while. I am starting to think it’s anxiety. She was like this when I got her at the shelter.
Could be, cats can be an anxious animal. Swapping my mob from Whiskas to Royal Canin sorted out my compulsive licker in a few days. They all seemed to enjoy it too.

"Listen, Jessica: If you decide to put a damn balloon collar on me, you're going to hear about it."

She will lick herself bald! She’s happy she’s not still wearing a onesie.

Have you had her checked for allergies or just tried her on a different food?

I'm impressed that collar remains unpopped. Ours had holes in it in under 24h.

It’s a pillow collar! She is an aggressive groomer.

Crosswords and cats make a great combo!
