God, I hate this trend of larger and larger confidential funds. It's so blatantly corrupt. What the fuck is the Department of Education supposed to do with that.

nAwAlA KaSi aNg dRoGa, but yeah it's really stupid. Actively worked against the country and was incompetent throughout his entire presidency. Naalala ko pa rin ang analysis doon sa r/ph, palagi nalang kasalanan ng iba. People always failed duterte, duterte himself never failed. Galing talaga ng propaganda team niya.

Big yikes. My biggest worry is that CIF is harder to audit by the COA. RIP transparency.
