Or...hear me out, buy the beers from mostly IPA brewers that aren't IPAs. I'm not a fan of Voodod Rangers IPAs, but come September/October, I am actively searching for stores that have the Voodoo Ranger Atomic Pumpkin Ale. Good stuff.

That's a good approach too. I've started to buy lagers that are really good at Foundation which is a generalist brewery.
