I've been unable to see some posts comments (not in all posts), but the post count shows hundreds at times. Usually it's in a dot world community.

I mostly only notice it when I try to reply to other comment replies. I found that I can reply directly from the list of messages and comment replies, so that I don't need to load the comment threads (not ideal, but I really don't want to leave Sync... I've used it since it was first released)

I just want to update that I've switched to summit after posting this and I really like it. Deleted sync just now.
If someone wants to give summit a try, look at the settings first thing. You can tweak it enough to bring your experience close to sync.
The flexibility on comments and posts up/down vote settings is the culprit for me to decide to ditch sync for good tho.
