If you plant strawberries and don't want them to take over, plant them as low as possible so there's no soil below them for runners to grow into

How do you deal with sunlight, do you rotate the tower regularly ?

Yes, I do rotate it, usually once a day at the same time I go out to check on the plants and water them. Most of my plants are "full sun", so I'll have to see how well they grow with this method.
