It was clear that the victim thought the stoat as a cute little buddy, but when I look into his eyes through the monitor screen, I discover no kinship, no understanding, no mercy. I can see only the overwhelming indifference of nature.

They are super cute but also super aggressive when they feel threatened. Please do not purposely approach them in the wild.
(You shouldn't approach any animal in the wild)

It's easy to tell the difference between stoats and weasels. One is weasily recognised and the other is stoatally different.
