Bread Pudding

  • 4 cups bread, cubed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. place bread cubes in a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

I don't have a good image of one that I've made. But here's the Wikipedia article.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_pudding this is pudding in the British use of the word.
