I thought it was pretty good! My wife and I watched this recently and couldn't understand all the hate it got. I personally thought it had better character development compared to Afterlife.

Yeah I definitely thought that character development was strong in this movie... I wish they did a bit more with Podcast though.

Sadly there was some hate for the Melody character and the fact that the final fight wasn't longer.

So far I've only watched it twice, once in the cinema and again at home. I do enjoy the film, but I feel it doesn't match the level of Afterlife. Also, the inclusion of the original crew feels a little more forced in this one. Perhaps it's time to move on without them and let new characters have new adventures.
