The History of Hungarian Goulash [+ Recipe] | Tasting History with Max Miller

Just watched this one last night. Looks delicious and I need to try it now.

Late father-in-law was from Hungary. He also made it stew style (and provided sour cream for those who wanted it). There would often be spätzle egg noodles, with the stew served on top. Guessing there are regional variations.

I loooove goulash!
