Gitmo has already started being used as a concentration camp. The question is how long until we need more camps, then the camps don't have enough room, and we need to start making room using 'alternative methods'
They've been locking up and torturing people there for roughly 24 years, some of which may have been terrorists, but you'll never know because none of them got due process.
They have, but not migrants. They started to try and move 30k people there but gave up because even they realized it was a very bad idea. But not for the same reasons as everyone else figured.
