Then when it came to typhoon situations, Mandia revealed in his video that Starlink is still reliable despite the harsh weather conditions, though the ping experienced a nerf.

This goes against the many claims (Twitter, Reddit, Starlink Philippines Owners Group) saying that Starlink is non-existent when there's a typhoon.

It's hard to get a refund when the expensive starlink installation doesn't work at all and customer service keeps closing support tickets
