Plunder looks interesting but haven't found the time to get into it, gotta try that some time. Hoping to be at least as lucky as you, although I just want the scepter really ^^
If you're not ironman, but. The sceptre as that's a nice QoL for teleporting there.
But if you strictly want the sceptre, loot the golden chest in all rooms, but only loot the sarcophagi in room 4-8. Because it's takes Soo long to open, and the drop chance is kinda bad before room 4
And ofc if you want xp too, loot the last room you can before restarting
