Nice to see my memes got posted in here too! This is not the translation, but a play on the misattributed quote to Dudayev "russia will disappear when the Ukranian sun rises". The text says " Ukraine, Azawad( Tuaregs), HTS ( Hayat Tahrir al-Sham), here she is, the holy russia", which is a play on this meme. I have at least 10 of those tank ones laying around so I could post them too.
