Error subscribing to lemmy.nsfw communities

I wanted to subscribe to some lemmy.nsfw communities but I get an error, is this instance defederated from it? If so, why?

I see. Yeah, I just took a cursory look myself. Seems like an odd messy situation. I wonder if the defederation is still necessary, I haven't really heard anything bad about them before and when I had an account there all seemed pretty fine to me. Ah well I suppose.
