that’s not a ton of people….its nice but you won’t be getting the same engagement as a more established site with like, thousands in a group. not yet. patience is a virtue ❤️ things are in flux worldwide, on and offline. it takes time for engagement to grow.
I've had this account since early July apparently, which is around the time I put in the request for it, but then I forgot that I had put in the request until the other day when I was like, "I should really be passively active on Lemmy, if for no other reason than to support the Fediverse."
So now I'm here, cross posting to and from Yiff.Life, a Mastodon server. I will probably start putting my more in-depth posts here, where there is a better format, and boost them to my Mastodon timeline.
Rawr, yip, and merp! Also, a bit curious as to how the active users work. If I comment elsewhere, I'm guessing it doesn't count here, even though I made my account here?
