I think the concern is more that a troll will create a fake police report, although the police arenāt likely to do anything and youād really have to chap someoneās ass for them to go out of their way to do that.
Otherwise, they can just find some basic registration information through your stateās DMV, but they need to have a legitimate reason to have the information released to them.
Thatās sort of what I meant. The worst thatās going to happen is during the next traffic stop, the cop will say āwe have a report of you doing ______ā and may be less lenient. DMV isnāt handing out information to folks that arenāt agents of the state.
