I'm not sure if you're making fun of me or not, but I like 'em FWIW!
I almost didn't get them originally because I had a bad experience with Sennheiser closed-backs and was worried my complaints would carry over to their open-backs (it did not).

Oh! I kind of assumed anyone into audiophile products would be aware of Dankpods on youtube. the HD600s are his favourite and he calls them the HurrDurrs

I have HD600s on the way, and I have that dongle. Fortunately I have the K11 R2R, so hopefully that will have enough 'umph' to drive them.
