I can’t tell if it means general eagle strat cooldown or specifically the Eagle Re-Arm stratagem. To be honest, I don’t think I have ever used Eagle Re-Arm in almost 300 hours
I use it all the time. If I'm running across an expanse to an objective, I'll hit it so I get full drops by the time I get there. Real nice to have for when shit kicks off. It also re-arms itself if you drop them all, so that would presumably cut that time by 15% as well.
The ship upgrade that reduces Eagle Re-Arm is specifically for when you use the stratagem with some Eagle stratagem uses remaining, so I'm assuming the DSS boost would only be for the Re-Arm stratagem, too.
I'd have to check it; when I use one, it gives me the rearm strategem. When I do it manually or run it out, it greys out re arm with the same timers, as far as I remember. I feel like it'd be weird to have it be on different timers based on if you let it run out or manually re armed, but I'm clearly not a great source of info lol
I guess it depends on if the DSS upgrade follows the rules of Pit Crew Hazard Pay or Advanced Crew Training, but I'm assuming the latter until proven (happily) wrong.
Really need something special: allow two to be deployed side by side with a single use, or spawn in with a free exo, if its a strategem you are bringing.

At least remove the use cap on exosuit. The 35% cooldown reduction would allow for a 4th use.

I love my exos, but this isn't even close.
