Yeah, the first season was about small stand-alone mysteries, but this one seems to be trying to have a more consister development behind- amazing!

At first a thought crossed my mind that the red haired guy could be causing more arsons but I'd say it's more likely he just has an informant. Or the arsonist chooses a location based on newspaper prediction. Perhaps Osanai wants to help him out. But I guess this wouldn't be so simple.
Osanai and her passion for sweets is like poetry. Everything, voice acting, animation, line delivery is absolutely perfect. This anime is so underrated.
