You also shouldn't overcrowd the pan or else you'll steam the meat rather than brown it. In my experience, it's difficult to brown more than 1lb of ground meat in a 10" stainless skillet.

Where are the potatoes ? You need "streak, blé d'Inde, patate", which roughly translates into steak, corn and potatoes.
