Breeze for VSCode no longer works for the header

Hi,

Since the VSCode header changed, the official KDE Breeze theme no longer works for it.

I think you can disable the new header bar in VSCode (iirc from View).

Indeed, more specifically in View ➔ Appearance ➔ Custom Title Bar. Thank you !

I'm one of those who disabled all window decorations years ago and never looked back. On KDE this works specially well because you can resize and move windows by dragging the mouse from anywhere while pressing alt or super.

I'm one of those who like clicking window controls 😅 -- including an always-on-top button that I added.

It looks official, but it's not really official. Made by @guoyunhe, looks like they aren't working on it anymore.
