Marshals are an arm of the DoJ. They are compromised and not useful anymore.

Judges do not have the authority to call up the army. They could try.

But doing things you technically aren’t allowed to do is the new black. So judges who give a shit should adopt that approach as well.

And the army is part of the executive branch...

As a group maybe. Individually, people still choose what they do, even if the choices are shit.
