I suspect this is due to it having been a holiday across the country, so people figured they had nothing better to do. Either way, it's nice to see.

I'm in a city of about 10K and this was the first time in about the 12 years I've been here where I had to actually wait in a proper line. It probably took about 20-30 minutes whereas I'd normally be through in about 5.
