BYD Is Developing An Electric Kei Car For Japan: Report

I don't trust BYD any farther than I can throw them, but the world really needs more small cars. This competition will help drive that, I think.

I had to look up what a kei car was, though. Apparently it's the tiniest car class in Japan.
