What's the best shaving cream that doesn't involve a cup and brush for those lazy days where I need to cut down on shaving time?

I don't know any brushless cream myself, but Palmolive shaving cream can be applied directly on a wet brush, and lathers in no time.

I think what you're looking for is called a "brushless cream". The most ubiquitous brand in the USA is Cremo. I wasn't a fan or it, but there are plenty of people that like using it. I think Barbasol also makes a brushless cream.
