Does anyone know of good single-use virtual credit cards. Specifically for online purchases like flights or hotels where you can limit the card to one time use or a max limit?

A few cards that I read about.

RBC virtual card, seems to do what I need.

Robinhood Gold Card, only in the states.

Wize, not sure if limits are available.

Context: I recently purchased a hotel stay where a merchant charged my card, refunded the amount, and them charged my card a higher amount, all in a few seconds.

Edit: I found Wise provides limits on their virtual cards. I have yet to test how this works and if the transaction is declined for Insufficient funds.
