my dad's cat was neutered when his previous owner gave him up to the animal shelter, 2 years of balls owning gave him chubby cheeks! they've unfortunately gotten a lot smaller as his testosterone has gone down 'post snippage', but they were sooo cute.
In Japan there's a calendar that features cats very prominently showing off their balls, also not in a sexual way.
