Arkenfox its documentation is great. When I first found out about it I was blown away on how much one can do in order to improve their online privacy.

Firefox with strict settings is pretty good as a baseline. Arkenfox takes it to a new level.

There's a fork of Arkenfox to use in Thunderbird mail too. Thunderbird Mail is nice but full of telemetry by default.

There are more? Sadly it's just for ESR and now that with Thunderbird Supernova a big overhaul of the email client is out, it's not compatible.
