Why is Spain such an attractive place for data centers? Seems costly due to high temperatures. But maybe those costs can be offset by the viability of solar power?

The last datacenter I read about was a solar company that would use in-house electricity*.

* after getting tons of grants from the government to build the solar plant, and then using it for private means. Fuckers.
