Marcos refutes China, denies ‘agreement’ to remove Ayungin ship

I wonder who gave this promise. I have a feeling our previous pres probably during talks of joint oil exploration and so on. Just that our current one does not want to admit it to avoid creating more rift between parties. Or it's just China playing mind games with us trying to cause doubt.
