If english is not your first language, please understand that blackmail means using a threat of revealing information about someone in order to gain something. It is a crime in many countries. Is that the thing you mean?

Do you have an 'unspoken service trade agreement', maybe? If not, why don't you ask your parent why she is doing this. Then you might have clarity how to proceed.
