Wow, that's pretty damning. Innocent until proven guilty and all, but her husband almost dies from symptoms that sound like deathcap mushrooms, then a couple years later his parents and aunt died from the same symptoms after eating a meal she cooked, but she didn't get sick? Yeah, that's more than a little suspicious.

Not a great looking coincidence. It's difficult not to speculate and assign guilt, the more stories come out.
