not really - those are two different species. One of them is presumably a red eared terrapin, available from most pet shops for very little money. The other is a snapping turtle. The terrapin will not get even close to the size of the snapper.
OP is like "aw cute", but the snapper just sees a potential meal 😄
Smol one doesnt look like a snappy boi, so yeah i think u are right.
