This same instructional is basically the only thing I've seen on several different sites, the link above is the only one I found that provides a download.
I went down a hyperadobe YouTube rabbit hole a few months ago, there's a HUGE number of very detailed instructional videos up. Start with the pdf, and then watch a bunch of videos. I'm a stone mason, so maybe having a construction background makes me feel that it's fairly simple. I think that if you watch and read, then do a few testers, should be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Check out "Earthbag Building: The Tools, Tricks and Techniques" by Hunter & Kiffmeyer - while not specifically hyperadobe, the techniques are super similar and it's considerd the bible for earthbag construction which hyperadobe evolved from.
