So... Cheating is ok according to the devs?

Obvious cheating/exploiting whatever you want to call it. When someone calls down twenty-eleven stratagems in a matter of seconds. And we can't even report it?

This does not help with your cheating player issue but the multiple stratagems is a known issue. Fix should be coming soon. https://arrowhead.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15916898652700--HELLDIVERS-2-Known-Issues

The report function is not working due to it being linked to the psn account of the players. And as we all know, we don't want that to be mandatory. Is it okay to not have a report feature? Nope Could they use something else? Maybe However, you can still block players you don't want to play with. And that is enough most of the time.

That's actually a bug in the current build, and it can be triggered by accident as it's quite the bug.

Here's a video on it: https://youtu.be/A1VDA6nJZro

Noticed that the other day when a dude kicked everyone on the team right before extract and my friend tried to report him

I've had fun doing that with friends, wouldn't do it in pubs though.

I appreciate your restraint. Crashing aside, overloading the game with assets keeps enemies from spawning and helldivers without the hell is pretty damn dull

I assume people are there to, you know, play the game, and I don't want to mess with them. With friends though it's so much fun to call in the ultimate walking barrage and stand back and salute the democratic overkill fireworks

I don't care about this stuff in PvE games.

Atomic@sh.itjust.works · 19 pts · 1y (1 reply)

That's fair. You do you. But when it impacts my games. I care. And I wish I would be able to report this type of undemocratic , resource wasting behavior.

dumblederp@aussie.zone · 2 pts · 1y

I would be inclined to block them after the game as it takes the fun out of the round.

Do you care about your time being wasted after you get 20 minutes into a mission, and someone crashes your game by calling 13 Orbital gatling barrages at once?

dumblederp@aussie.zone · 0 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Sure, if we're moving the goalposts of the argument, I'd care.

JackbyDev@programming.dev · 4 pts · 1y

It's not that they moved the goalposts, it's that it's additional context OP gave in a different comment. You didn't know where the goal posts were because OP didn't include or update the top post with that information.
