If you were a Lather Games Judge, what are three changes you would make to the games?

  1. Multiple routes to victory. - I'd have it so that you can't hit 30 themes and 30 different makers etc so you are forced to choose

  2. People who just post standard sotds with matchy matchy soap but don't engage at all in the wider games shouldn't place higher than engaging idiots.

  3. I'd have a shitlist. I'm still hopeful someone will come through this year

  1. It's already happened. No way top players are not getting chatbot help

  2. Relided did one a few years ago. Was brilliant weird stuff as it was pre LLM being really good. Wouldn't be as much fun now

I guess that like in chess, we may be at a moment where human + AI can still beat AI (or human) alone.

Interestingly enough I’m in the market for a new fridge and by far LG fridges have the best reviews from the Wirecutter and Consumer Reports. Also pretty happy with my LG washer/dryer. Not sure about their other stuff.

My Samsung fridge that I’m replacing has a design flaw that causes the coils to freeze up, so I’d believe it.
