Redlining shaped the power grid. Communities of color are still paying the price.

I have been told the fix is to stop talking about race. Surely if we don't talk about it, the grid will upgrade itself?

I am curious how much is directly attributable to redlining and how much is because of poverty and a lack of generational wealth?
