Every new industry has a period where its workers have to re-learn that, contrary to what their bosses say, unions are highly necessary and effective.

I do Aerospace stuff, and I still feel like we should have a union. We don't, but we should. The amount of abusive jobs I've worked bcz people think engineers don't need the same safety nets as blue color workers is insane.
