Is there any way I can make my consumptuon more in line with socialism/communism?

Yes, I know there is no ethical consumption under capitalism.

I still need material gods and services. How can I make the necessary purchases more ethical?

Edit: I live in Northern Europe, if that matters

Not really? Socialist revolutions don’t come about though individual consumer activism. In fact they are sometimes red herrings driven by the bourgeoisie, like PRODUCT(RED) or carbon footprint.

That is what I thought. Interesting idea that I can just optimize for savings instead of engaging in consumer activism, and donate directly to socialist causes or political parties instead.

I still won't buy Israeli or American products though.

Would it be more ethical to harvest your own rain water or buy it from nestle?

I think the real move would be to try engage politically for drinkable tap water

Honestly just doing what your doing. De google, move to OSS software or known "chill" companies with a focus on coops or profit shares etc. For your digital use at least.
